Scope
These terms govern all consulting services provided by Move to Austria. By booking a consultation you accept these terms.
Nature of service
We provide independent relocation consulting and coordination. We do not provide legal representation or guarantee any official outcome (visa approval, recognition decisions, etc.).
Payment
Consultation fees are payable in advance via Stripe. All prices include 20% Austrian VAT.
Cancellation
Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Governing law
Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
