Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement (e.g. email) is required.
Early performance and waiver of withdrawal right
If the client books a consultation with a scheduled date within the 14-day withdrawal period, the client expressly requests that the service begins before the withdrawal period expires. The client acknowledges that:

- Less than 24 hours before the appointment → no refund, as the time slot has been exclusively reserved
This does not affect statutory withdrawal rights under Section 5.
7. Refund Policy
Once a consultation has been fully provided, no refund is due. If the service has not yet been delivered, refund requests may be reviewed individually. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
