A transparent walkthrough of confirmation, preparation, the consultation, written plan and optional next steps.

    1. Booking and payment confirmation

Choose a service and a live calendar slot, enter accurate contact details and complete secure payment. The booking flow sends confirmation to the email address supplied. Check spam and contact office@movetoaustria.at if the confirmation does not arrive; never pay a private account based on a social-media message.

    2. Prepare the file

For an Initial Assessment, collect your CV, identity page, qualification, transcript, clinical-hour evidence, language proof, work references and any authority or employer correspondence. A short note with your goal and three main questions helps prioritize the hour. Redact unrelated sensitive information and do not mail originals unless a competent authority specifically requires them.

    3. Pre-meeting review

The submitted material is reviewed to identify the likely decision points, gaps and contradictions to discuss. This is not a formal authority completeness check. If a document is illegible or the goal is too broad, the team may request clarification so the meeting focuses on decisions rather than basic data collection.

    4. The consultation

During the 60-minute meeting, we clarify the Austrian target profession, recognition route, German and registration requirements, potential employment sequence and residence questions. We distinguish verified facts from assumptions and record the authorities or employers that must confirm unresolved points. The meeting is advisory and does not create a guaranteed result.

    5. Written action plan and delivery timing

After the meeting, the Initial Assessment includes a written action plan summarizing the recommended sequence, document gaps, source links, risks and next actions. The pricing page and current terms do not promise a universal dispatch deadline, so confirm the expected delivery date in writing when you book or during the call—especially if an authority, offer or residence deadline is approaching. The plan is based on what you supplied and can change if an authority requests more evidence or your situation changes.

    6. Choose your own next step

You may implement the plan yourself, take it to the authority or employer, use a free recruiter, consult a lawyer where necessary or request a proposal for additional support. No upgrade is mandatory. Follow-up work is confirmed with a scope and price rather than assumed to be unlimited within the €99 booking.

    Rescheduling, withdrawal and limits

Read the current terms before checkout, especially cancellation, rescheduling and consumer-withdrawal provisions when the appointment falls inside the withdrawal period. Move to Austria cannot promise recognition, residence, employment, processing time or an employer response. Keep official receipts and written decisions as the authoritative record.
