The €99 product in one sentence

The Initial Assessment is a paid planning service: a 60-minute online consultation, a review of the documents you provide before the meeting and a written action plan. It is designed to turn a complicated move into a sequenced list of decisions, evidence and responsible authorities. The price is €99 including VAT; it is not a deposit for a job or payment for an authority decision.

What we ask you to send

After booking, prepare your CV, passport identity page, diploma or qualification certificate, transcript or subject list, evidence of clinical hours where available, German certificate, work references and any authority or employer correspondence already received. Send readable copies, not irreplaceable originals. If documents are missing, list them; identifying a missing curriculum or inconsistent name can be part of the review.

What happens in the 60-minute meeting

The meeting starts with your target role, nationality, current residence, German level, experience, family situation and preferred timeline. We then separate professional recognition, employment and residence into distinct workstreams. We identify questions that only the competent authority can answer, flag assumptions that need evidence and agree the next practical actions rather than trying to complete an entire application live.

Sample structure of the written action plan

A typical anonymized structure is: 1) likely Austrian professional target, 2) recognition or nostrification route to verify, 3) document gaps and formalities, 4) German and registration requirements, 5) possible employment and residence sequence, 6) risks and open authority questions, and 7) the next three actions with links. The plan is personal, but it is not a legal opinion or a guarantee that an authority will accept the file.

    Illustrative anonymized action-plan extract

Example only—not a real client outcome: Candidate A completed a non-EU bachelor-level nursing programme, has B1 German and can provide a diploma and transcript but no clinical-hour breakdown. The plan would tell Candidate A to confirm the DGKP nostrification institution, request institution-issued theory and clinical hours before translation, verify accepted German evidence for later register entry, and avoid signing a DGKP start date before the written nostrification and registration conditions are clear. Open questions would be assigned to the institution and employer rather than presented as conclusions.

What is included—and what is not

Included are the meeting, review of the submitted file and written action plan. The €99 product does not include certified translations, legalisation, application fees, legal representation, submitting applications on your behalf, a job placement or unlimited follow-up. Additional work is offered only with a written scope and price before you commit.

    Who gets the most value

Book when you have a real qualification, offer, recognition question or move decision and want an independent sequence before spending more. It is less useful if you only want general facts already available on official websites, need a lawyer to challenge a decision, expect a guaranteed job or have no documents and no defined goal yet. In those cases, start with the free nurse eligibility check or the competent authority.

    What happens after the plan

You can execute the plan yourself, return to the relevant authority, use an employer or recruitment agency, or request a written proposal for a larger Move to Austria package. There is no obligation to upgrade. Use the booking calendar to choose a currently available appointment and keep the confirmation email for your records.
